The applicant must be over the age of 16 and not enrolled in secondary school. A minimum of 80% attendance of course hours is required. Partner Visa: If the applicant is the partner of a NZ citizen or NZ resident, and holds a work visa or visitor visa, please contact the office for assistance - a fee subsidy may be available. Work Visa holders are not eligible for the subsidy.
